Once the contract is signed and credit card information is received, print and save it in the client's Google Drive file. This goes under this folder in the clients name and is also stored in their contact files under docs in LC.
Beth Ray will Setup Payment in Stripe: Enter Stripe, set up their payment, and choose the appropriate SaaS plan. This step will auto-generate the SaaS sub-account. If there are other marketing services, you will hand off to Kaleigh Rhorer to setup in Quickbooks as a recurring sales receipt if it is recurring.
Add Correct Snapshot: Ensure the correct snapshot is added to the client’s sub-account. Marvih Ray Villaespin
Enable Correct Features: Verify that the correct features are enabled in the sub-account.
Move client to Dashboard Pipeline/In Development
Set Up Staff Access: Configure staff members’ access and send a welcome email.
Workflow and Pre-Onboarding Checklist Email Gets Sent: Set up a workflow for the opportunity in the onboarding pipeline and send the pre-onboarding checklist email template.
At this time Lexi or Beth can get the client logged in and start with week 1 steps.
Update Business Profile Tab: Add all necessary information in the Business Profile tab, ensuring it matches how they file taxes with the name and EIN (use the Secretary of State’s website to verify details).
Purchase Phone Number: Buy a phone number with the same area code as their current website or as close as possible.
File for A2P Registration: Complete the A2P (Application-to-Person) registration (handled by Marvih).
Set Up GMB and Google Analytics: If required, set up Google My Business and Google Analytics for the client.
Kickoff Call: Schedule a kickoff call with the Customer Success Manager to ensure the first week’s tasks are clearly understood and initiated. Beth Ray or Lianne Ramos
Collect Website Requirements: If the client has purchased a website, gather all necessary details, such as DNS access, preferred colors, fonts, images, content, and competitor websites they like. Faith Kolberg or Crystal Geis (AD-IOS Web Development)
Begin Website Development: Once the onboarding call for the website has taken place this needs to be submitted to Joseph via a email and tagged in Slack on the Website board. Start the development process, estimating a 20-60 hour completion timeframe. Based on the options of a landing page in the $499 package or a full website on the $699 package.
